Sweepstakes Winners

1. To Play. No purchase necessary. Enter the contest on the Artbox7.com website as directed by the link sent to you by email, or go to the following URL: Artbox7 Sweepstakes

2. This is a National Contest. The number of entries in the contest will determine the odds of winning. To win, you must fill in all required fields on the form on the website. (If the phrase "on file" appears, that field will be considered completed.) Only one entry per person is allowed during the designated contest time period. This contest is only valid for customers within the United States.

3. Dates: This is a contest where a new winner will be picked at the end of February 28, 2010. Termination of the contest will be at the discretion of Artbox7.com

4. Prizes: There will be one  grand prize. The Grand Prize consists of a shopping spree at Artbox7.com Each winner will be provided the one time opportunity to shop at Artbox7.com and may choose any $99.99 valued pack to be delivered electronically. The winners will not receive any cash distributions or store credits for any selections under $99.99, and must pay for any packages above $99.99. The Grand Prize is nontransferable, with no cash substitutions and cannot be used at any other website powered by Artbox7. Artbox7 reserves the right to substitute prizes of comparable or greater value or to adjust details as needed.

5. Eligibility: Participation open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older, except employees of Artbox7 their parents or immediate family, affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, including without limitation, prize suppliers, participating advertisers, sponsors or any subcontractors of the above, and family members of anyone so employed.

6. To Win: Artbox7 or its designated agent will select one winner on March 1st, 2010 through a random drawing. The winner will be notified via e-mail. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner agrees to complete any required IRS forms as a condition of receiving the prize and attest to the accuracy of these forms.

7. Limitations. One prize per name, address or household. Not responsible for contestants' inability to complete the entry form during the specified time, whether due to telephone equipment malfunction, busy lines, ISP failure, server failure at Artbox7, browser incompatibility, software malfunction or other circumstances. Only entries on the designated website page will be eligible to win. Decision of Artbox7 is final. All participants agree to be bound by these rules. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Winner must be 18 years of age or older at the time of prize award. If the winner is unable to meet sweepstakes limitations as noted herein, they will forfeit the prize. If the winner submits multiple entries or inaccurate information on the entry form, they will forfeit the prize. Artbox7 is not responsible for any delays in shipment of prize information due to the U.S. Postal System or courier and their appointed carriers.

8. Releases. Participation constitutes permission for Artbox7, without any further obligation to the contest winner, to use winner's name, address, voice and likeness for purposes of advertising and trade. Winner and guest must release Artbox7, or affiliated companies, prize suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any subcontractors, employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives (the "Releasees") of any of the above organizations, from and against any and all claims for losses, damages or other claims sustained by said winners, arising out of participation in the contest or acceptance or use of the contest prize.

9. Claim Limit. The winner will have fifteen (15) days to claim their prize upon notification according to the instructions in the notification letter. At its sole discretion, Artbox7, reserves the right to extend this fifteen (15) day period for another specified time to accommodate the winner in the event of an unusual circumstance.

10. Disqualification. Any person or sweepstakes entrant who, either directly or indirectly, tampers with, hacks into or in any other fashion attempts to manipulate any portion of the contest website, its database or any other database or website involved in the operation or administration of this sweepstakes will be disqualified. (See also "Limitations.")

11. Winner's Name. For the names of the Artbox7 Sweepstakes Winners, send a self addressed, stamped envelope to: Artbox7 Sweepstakes c/o Artbox7, 1270 S. Amphlett Blvd., San Mateo, CA 94402. Requests must be received within one year of the contest end date in order to be fulfilled. California residents may omit the return postage.

By participating, all entrants agree to be bound by the decisions of Artbox7, and the official rules. All decisions are final.
